<p align="justify">As readers might quickly gather, I am a <strong>professional scientist</strong> &#8211; trained in the area of Nuclear Physics (Hamburg, Berlin, Dresden) &#8211; with recent post-graduate MSc success in the U.K. (Pharmaceutical Information Management). I am currently based in the Berlin offices of International Scientific  Services of PAREXEL.</p>
<p align="justify">I am also a <strong>Certified Translator</strong>, gained while studying and living in Dresden. As far as <strong>professional career </strong>goes, I have over twenty years experience in the area of drug development (sales training, marketing, product development in Europe, and the Middle East).</p>
<p align="justify">Amongst other things, I am also member of the <em><strong>European Medical Writers Association</strong> (</em>EMWA), so a special Spring welcome is extended to fellow members who might be dropping in.</p>

<h3><span style="color: #230023">2006: &#8216;Healthywords&#8230;&#8217;, the book is published</span></h3>

<p align="justify">My research and industry insights have provided the background for my <strong>2006 book publication,</strong> &#8220;<em>Healthywords&#8230;&#8221;</em> which has been published by Tectum Verlag in Germany.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>A 2007 review</strong> of the book has been published in the <em>Journal of the European Medical Writers Association</em> (Vol. 16, # 2, 2007, p. 89). <h3><span style="color: #230023">In Cyberspace with the DIA</span></h3>
<p align="justify">Finally, I am an active and engaged member on numerous SIAC Committees of the DIA <strong>(Drug Information</strong> <strong>Association)</strong> that regularly convene at Conferences and in cyberspace:- &#8220;<em>SIACs provide a forum for volunteers to network and exchange information. SIACs also assist DIA in identifying professional development needs in particular interest areas and in providing information to members in career and professional development, to meet those needs&#8221;</em>.</p>
